A thankful day

Today was truly a good day =) Even though we (I) had a lot of hiccup in worship leading, I really felt God speaking to me.

Two weeks in a row now Pastor Sam has been a "substitute" preacher at our church. Last week he talked about we need to ask for spiritual discernment/wisdom, and how much more God will bless us should we decide to seek Him. There were a few points that he talked about that resonated with me, but particularly he said that "our character is built one decision at a time." I'll always remember that!

Today the sermon is on Hearing God's voice (because He's our shepherd, John 10:1-10) in the midst of Satan's attack...how Satan will use deception and compromise to separate our rel'nship from God (or steal us away from God). It was a good reflection time for me!

And today is also the first Sunday school class that people seem to be more motivated and paticipated more. I"m sooooo thankful!
